Hello Choi,
The issue is almost certainly due to a firewall blocking the RPM repo. You can see in your screenshot even the Google repo is showing as corrupt.
Solution :
1. Allow the Firewall to open the RPM repo addition
2. Go to Trisul Download page and download the RPMs individually and install with rpm -Uvh *.rpm
